Matt is a wonderful counselor and coach. He genuinely cares about his clients. When discussing situations at my current job, Matt was always a good listener, helping me come up with a list of action items to ensure success at work and holding me accountable. While doing all this, he was always friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Matt as a counselor or life coach.

Job Coaching

When my son was graduating from college, Matt was instrumental in helping him find a position with a well-known tech company. He worked with him on building a good resume, looking for open positions, and doing interview practices. When he got hired, Matt helped him with organization and social skills to help him communicate with his manager and team.

Employment Search/Support

My daughter had difficulty keeping up with her schoolwork because of her ADHD and missing several weeks of school. Matt helped her create a schedule that WORKED and showed her how to catch up and keep up in class. He also corresponded with her teachers and helped her keep in contact with them too.

Academic Success

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD. My work offered support with understanding and managing it. I had a couple counselors before Matt, but when I met with him, I was hooked! For the first time, I really felt heard! He gave me great pointers and ideas on how to recognize and use ADHD as a “superpower” but also how it could trip me up. I enjoyed my work with him immensely.

ADHD Job Coaching

I have difficulty with social situations and communicating with people. Matt helped me understand what people mean, how to deal with social situations, and how to advocate for myself. Matt treated me like a person, not a project and respected what I wanted and needed. I would work with him again if he hadn’t moved.
